Providence Health Care British Columbia is hiring

Providence currently employs 20 Relationship Security Officers (RSOs) and 10 Relationship Security Officer Supervisors in Vancouver.
The role of the RSO team will be to reduce workplace violence, increase physical and psychological safety among healthcare workers, improve cultural safety and integrate security functions into healthcare teams.
The salary for this position is $27.40 to $29.64 per hour and benefits include dental, vision and life insurance coverage. In this position, employees will also have many opportunities for professional and personal growth in their careers.
The hiring of RSOs is all part of a new security initiative to be integrated into 26 health care facilities across British Columbia.
