Three Ontario cities rank among Canada's best for work-life balance, but Toronto is not among them, according to a new analysis. No matter what you do for a living, what you do outside of work will help you live a happy and fulfilling life. According to a recent study by Point2, the city you live in also matters. Using criteria such as work difficulty, health and well-being, and livability, Point2 was able to rank Canada's 100 largest cities based on their work-life balance score.
Louis in Quebec, Quebec City and North Vancouver in British Columbia rounded out the top three with scores of 69, 67 and 65 respectively. Meanwhile, three Ontario cities were among the top 10 cities.
Burlington was ranked fourth with an overall score of 65, just behind North Vancouver, while Aurora was sixth with a score of 64, behind Quebec's Blainville. Also, Newmarket ranked 10th with 62 points.
Caledon, Oakville and Halton Hills are also in the 11th, 18th and 19th places respectively.
