Brampton woman arrested for allegedly injuring 2 toddlers at home daycare
A 44-year-old Brampton woman has been arrested for allegedly injuring two toddlers at a home daycare.
On September 20, 2023, a two-year-old boy was seriously injured at the daycare center and Peel Regional Police were notified. Following the investigation, the police arrested the woman who was in charge of the kindergarten.
He has been charged with two counts of negligence causing bodily harm to two children.
The woman has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court in March 2024.
More information about the details of the incident and the health status of the children has not been released yet.
This incident once again shows the importance of monitoring home daycares and choosing a safe and reliable daycare for children.
Points to keep in mind:
Before enrolling your child in a home daycare, make sure that the daycare is licensed and qualified.
Use the opinions and experiences of other parents who have enrolled their children in that kindergarten.
Communicate regularly with the kindergarten manager and find out about your child's condition.
If you notice any problems, report them to the appropriate authorities immediately.
