On Thursday, May 9, Concord Pacific announced that it will hold the fourth annual Tour de Concord bike race and festival this July at Concord Pacific Place. From 10 am to 3 pm on Sunday, July 7, visitors can experience the excitement of amateur and professional competitions.

Those who decide to register can participate in one of the following competitions:
- Amateur competitions
- Children's circuit from 6 to 12 years old
- Concord Charity Race
- Men's and women's professional competitions ($50)

Participants will cycle on a 900-meter route. There will also be a charity race to celebrate the opening of the new St Paul's Hospital on the Jim Pattison Medical Campus, which will bring state-of-the-art care to patients across Vancouver and British Columbia.

Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim says, "This is not just a bike race, but a fun way to bring people together and support the new St Paul's campus. This event really showcases the energy and spirit of our community!"

The family bike festival features food trucks, beer and live music, bike vendors with the latest e-road bikes and more. There will also be an area for children that will be decorated with bicycles and helmets and a path suitable for children. In addition, there is popcorn and free bike service for kids.
