Weather warning for Toronto; strong winds are on the way
Weather Alert in Toronto: Strong Winds on the Way 🌬️
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement for the city of Toronto this morning (Wednesday, November 5). According to the alert, very strong winds are expected across the city from this afternoon into the evening.
Wind speeds may reach 70 to 80 kilometres per hour, which could lead to broken tree branches, tossed loose objects, and even power outages in some areas.
Forecasts indicate that the wind intensity will gradually decrease after sunset, and conditions will become calmer by late evening.
Today's temperature is expected to be around 13 degrees Celsius, with a possibility of scattered rain showers.
If you plan to go outside, exercise caution and avoid parking your vehicle under trees.
