The possibility of receiving a work permit for tourists inside Canada until 2025

This update is not an Iranian pulse extension. Foreign nationals who visit Canada with a tourist or visitor visa are eligible to receive a work permit until February 2025. To obtain a Canadian work permit, you must meet the requirements that support your work permit application.

This does not mean that anyone who has a visitor visa and is currently in Canada can apply for a work permit. Visitor visa holders must meet all work permit criteria, including having a valid Canadian Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) letter or a valid job offer from a Canadian employer.
