The bridge that collapsed hours after opening
Saskatchewan's Professional Engineers Association has banned Scott Goulacher from practicing for 18 months.
Scott Gulacher is responsible for the construction of the bridge over the Swan River, which opened on September 14, 2018, but collapsed the same day.
