Health Canada has advised consumers who have purchased these food items to abstain from consuming them and either discard them immediately or return them to the place of purchase. 4. Kandy brand Cantaloupe
5. Ascorbic Acid by That Homebrew Shop

7. Enoki Mushroom by Super brand
