Power out for over 2,000 homes in Kitchener, Wellesley Township
Two power outages in Kitchener and Wellesley left more than 2,000 homes without power.
According to Enova Power Corp., 1,854 residents in the Southdale and Laurentian Hills neighborhoods were without power.
Power was restored to homes around 8:45 am.
As of 6:20 a.m., approximately 150 homes in and around Hawkesville were without power. Z
Anova says the Town of Wellesley outage initially affected 634 homes.
Both outages began around 5:40 a.m.
