Jane's Addiction concert
During a concert by alternative rock band Jeans Addiction in Boston, lead singer Perry Friel punched Dave Navarro, the band's guitarist, causing the concert to end early.
According to footage posted on social media, Friel shouted loudly into the microphone during one of the songs before lunging at Navarro. Navarro tried to push Friel away, but Friel punched him. Finally, Friel was dragged off the stage by other people and the concert ended.
Friel's wife, in an Instagram post, cited tension and animosity between band members and Friel's hearing problems as the reason for this incident. He said that Friel was uncomfortable with the loudness of the band on stage and had to shout to make himself heard due to hearing problems.
