Five teenagers, including three girls, were arrested armed in Brampton
Peel Regional Police have arrested five teenagers, including three girls, in connection with an armed carjacking in Brampton.
Police were called to a commercial plaza in Brampton near Vodden East and Kennedy Road North at around 10:30 p.m. on January 26th in response to a report of a robbery.
The victim was reportedly in his car, a 2023 Dodge Charger, when two suspects approached him, one of whom was armed with a handgun. Police say the suspects forced the man out of the car and drove away with it.
Police later located the stolen car in Mississauga and arrested five teenagers. Two 15-year-old bos were arrested and charged with a variety of offences, including robbery with a firearm and possession of stolen property.
Three girls, one 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds, were also arrested and charged with possession of stolen property.
