An Air Canada Dreamliner 8-787 flying from Montreal to Lyon turned back mid-flight due to a pressure warning.
Passengers traveling from Montreal to Lyon, France on Friday were forced to return home and travel the next day after experiencing pressure symptoms on the flight.
According to Air Canada's media relations department, Air Canada Flight 876 was flying over Newfoundland and Labrador when the indicator went off.
The Boeing 787 Dreamliner descended to an altitude of 10,000 feet after returning to the YUL terminal.
"The crew requested an emergency landing as a precaution in accordance with our standard operating procedures and the aircraft is being inspected by our aircraft maintenance and engineering specialists," Air Canada said.
The plane was in the air for less than five hours
254 passengers of this flight boarded another plane on Saturday and went to Lyon.
