🧤🌧️ The cold fall weather is starting to show, with snow and ice warnings in place for some roads in British Columbia, but there’s still no snow in Vancouver itself. Environment Canada’s forecast suggests temperatures will be a little above normal in the coming weeks, and November is expected to be wetter than usual. So for now, we’ll have to deal with rain rather than snowflakes! ☔

Things could change from December onwards, though. La Niña is weak this year, but there’s still a chance of cold, snowy days in late December and early 2026. So keep your warm clothes handy; Vancouver always has a winter surprise up its sleeve. 🌨️🏙️

In recent years, the first serious snowfall has usually fallen around December, but sometimes winter comes late and covers everything in white when it decides to make its move! 📸❄️
