The behind-the-scenes of Britney Spears' life has been revealed in her memoir, The Woman Inside Me

Britney Spears' memoir, "The Woman In Me," has been published. In this book, she delves into the highs and lows of her life, from her early days as a young performer in Louisiana to becoming one of the world's most famous pop stars. Britney discusses her appearances on the television show "The Mickey Mouse Club," her relationship with Justin Timberlake, including a miscarriage she experienced during their time together, her separation from dancer Kevin Federline, her mental struggles, and the 13 years she spent under her father's conservatorship.

Britney and Timberlake were in a relationship between 1999 and 2002. They first met while Britney was performing on "The Mickey Mouse Club." In her book, Spears stated, "I realized a few times during our relationship that Justin was cheating on me. At one point, when Timberlake kissed choreographer Wade Robson, I also cheated on Justin, but I later confessed to him."

Timberlake's successful single, "Cry Me A River," was released shortly after their breakup, and according to Britney, the media labeled her as "the whore who broke America's golden boy's heart." Britney reveals in the book that, after weeks of being separated from her children during the bitter custody battle with Federline, she was tired of being pursued by paparazzi. She wrote, "I went to a hair salon and shaved off my hair. People loved my long hair, and I knew it. Britney also addresses the conservatorship that controlled her life for 13 years. Her father, Jamie Spears, had been making personal and financial decisions on her behalf since 2008. She claims that her father profited greatly from this conservatorship and became a multimillionaire. During this time, she was given only $2,000 a week. She said, "This conservatorship stripped me of my womanhood; they made me into a child. I always felt music in my veins, but they stole it from me."
