The 55 million dollar Lottomax winning ticket has been sold in Toronto

A lucky person in Halton, Ontario has won the $55 million Lotto Max jackpot. This winning ticket was sold on Friday night, June 14, 2024 and the numbers were 05, 11, 29, 31, 38, 39 and 49 and the bonus number was 41.

In addition to this big winner, there are other winning tickets across the province. A second prize ticket worth more than $200,000 has been sold in Scarborough. While a $1 million Encore winning ticket was sold in the Haliburton-Muskoka area and a $100,000 Encore prize was sold in Simcoe County.

The identity of the winner of the $55 million ticket has not yet been revealed. Lottery officials ask them to apply to claim their prize.

This is not the first time in 2024 that a winning Lotto Max ticket has been sold in Ontario. In April, the winning ticket for $55 million was sold in Toronto.

Lotto Max is a bi-weekly lottery game operated by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at OLG retailers across the province or online.
