Rain continues in Toronto through the weekend
Toronto and metropolitan areas are expected to see heavy rain this week, possibly starting on Wednesday. Environment Canada predicts clouds will move in by Wednesday afternoon, with the risk of thunderstorms and gusts of up to 20 km/h. per hour to the southeast and a strong wind with a speed of 40 km per hour will follow.
Thursday will improve in terms of sunshine, although the risk of showers remains. The temperature also decreases slightly and reaches 20 degrees Celsius.
The sun will disappear on Friday and the clouds will appear, and there is a chance of more rain at the end of the week. This will cause temperatures to drop further, with a maximum temperature of 18 degrees Celsius in Toronto.
Light rain and a maximum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius are expected for most of Saturday. A little over 5mm of rain may fall in some local areas.
The same situation exists for Sunday, and cloudy weather and the possibility of showers are predicted. The Environment Agency expects the temperature to rise slightly and reach 22 degrees Celsius that day.
