Quebecer wins part of $70M Lotto Max jackpot

A lucky Quebecer has won a share of the $70 million Lotto Max jackpot that was drawn on July 11.
Loto-Québec said it plans to hold a press conference at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at its headquarters in Montreal to publicly announce the winner.
It is not yet clear how much of the prize the lucky winner will take home.
