Identification of the woman whose body was found in Bowmanville
A woman whose body was found in a wooded area of Bowmanville last week has been found, Durham County Police said. On Tuesday, November 28, police found the woman's remains near Simpson Street and Baseline Street. The officers were investigating another matter in that area, which led to the discovery of this woman's body. Investigators identified the woman as 40-year-old Erica Saunders. Although her death is not currently under suspicion, anyone with information about the case is being asked to report it to police.
