Honda to recall more than 200,000 SUVs in Canada, U.S. over fuel leak concern
Honda is recalling more than 200,000 SUVs in Canada and the United States over concerns about fuel leaks.
The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced Thursday that Honda will recall about 205,760 SUVs in the United States due to a fuel leak problem.
This recall includes some Passport and Pilot models from 2023 to 2025.
According to the agency, the fuel filler neck and tube may become separated, which could cause a fuel leak in the affected models.
NHTSA added that dealers will inspect and repair the fuel filler neck and pipe for free.
Note: Honda is also recalling about 12,000 vehicles in Canada.
