Canada's largest fireworks display in Toronto on New Year's Eve
On New Year's Eve, the City of Toronto will be hosting "Canada's Largest Fireworks Display". On this passionate night, Toronto's silver sky will be decorated with festive colors. Exciting programs are planned to welcome 2024, including a free 10-minute firework display set to synchronized music.
This magnificent celebration will be visible from various points overlooking the city's inner harbor and will also be broadcast live on the Internet. The live stream will feature sign language and closed captioning for the deaf and is available via the City of Toronto's CultureTO YouTube channel. Designated areas for viewing fireworks include Sherbourne Common, Toronto Music Garden, Harbor Square Park, Sugar Beach Park, Little Norway Park, HTO Park and Harbourfront Centre. Also, from 10:00 p.m., musical performances will begin along the beach, and the countdown to the New Year will begin at 11:30 p.m.
