Canada Life apologizes to federal government employees for problems with health insurance claims
Federal government health insurance provider apologizes to federal government employees for poor service.
Since Canada Life took over in July, current and former public service employees have reported numerous problems, including prescriptions not being accepted and reduced customer service wait times.
"We get complaints about Canada Life every day," said Chris Aylward, national president of the Canadian Public Service Union.
