Air Canada flight from Casablanca cancelled after incident involving flight attendant
According to a video posted on social media, a flight attendant is yelling at a passenger who allegedly asked for a blanket. "Behave well or we'll get off!" says the steward. Then he says, “I'll tell the captain right away. Yes or no?" When one of the passengers asks him to call the captain, he refuses. The flight attendant continues: "I don't want any kind of coercion against my crew."
Air Canada told CTV News in a statement that a flight with a new crew will fly from Casablanca to Montreal on Saturday.
"We take this incident very seriously," the airline said. This issue is under investigation and we will take the necessary measures. "We apologize to our customers and are very sorry that their experience today was far less than what they expected when flying with Air Canada."
