A quarter of Canadians will be without a family doctor in the next three years
A new survey by the Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP) indicates that in the province of Ontario, Canada, one out of every four individuals may potentially remain without a family physician by 2026 due to worsening conditions.
The Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP) reveals in its survey that the province is poised to witness a mass exodus of family physicians who are either leaving their clinics or reducing their working hours.
In this survey, 94% of family physicians stated that administrative work has exhausted them, as it consumes 40% of their weekly time.
