A man stole more than $88,000 worth of alcohol in 45 LCBO robberies
Police officers tracked down a male suspect in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Mississauga on March 25. The man allegedly assaulted one of the officers during the arrest and attempted to flee in a car. The officers stopped the car in question and arrested the suspect and two other accused.
Matthew Duquette, 40, of Mississauga, York Regional Police said, faces more than 250 charges, including 45 counts of theft, 184 counts of violating a release order, 46 counts of failure to comply with probation and other offenses.
Sarah McBride, 42, and Bruce Duquette, 63, were both charged with nine counts of theft. At the time of the charges, Matthew Duquette was on probation from any LCBO locations in Ontario, according to a police spokesperson.
