A British Columbia man is facing multiple charges in connection with the sexual abuse of children in southern Ontario in the 1990s.
The arrests followed an investigation known as Project Woodland, into a series of sexual assaults in Peel, Halton and Waterloo regions between 1992 and 1995.
Peel County police announced Wednesday that investigators arrested and charged a suspect on March 3.
Richard Neal, 64, of British Columbia, is facing 20 charges including kidnapping, threatening to kill, sexual harassment and forcible confinement.
The police said, to protect the identity of the victims, they cannot release more information in this regard.
