In most of the flooded towns of northern Ontario. A state of emergency was declared

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking motorists to use caution while driving due to road damage and flooding from the recent flooding.
Flooding in this area started about two days ago amid heavy rain.
Police shared media reports from the municipalities of Charlton and Dock, the City of Chamberlain and the City of Aventure regarding damaged roads.
    "Municipal officials from the affected areas are asking for everyone's patience and cooperation as they work to repair the damage," the OPP said.
Police also remind motorists to please call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or 911 if you need emergency assistance due to road conditions.
