Significant snowfall in Toronto
Torontonians are expected to experience the first significant snowfall of the month ahead of the Family Day long weekend. There is a chance of blizzards on Wednesday, but we will have different weather conditions on Thursday. Toronto residents should brace themselves for heavy, wet snow starting around 11 a.m. and ending at 7 p.m., according to meteorologists. Five to seven centimeters of snow is predicted for Toronto and the west of the Toronto metropolitan area and up to 15 centimeters for the north and east of the Toronto metropolitan area.
It seems that all the snow that we waited for in January and did not fall, will fall all at once tomorrow (Thursday). On Thursday, with snowfall, the maximum air temperature will be 1 degree Celsius. Also, the maximum temperature on Friday will be around the freezing point. After a cool Saturday, the weather will warm up a bit and on Sunday the temperature will reach above zero degrees Celsius. On Monday, the sky will be mostly sunny.
