Vancouver police have announced that Randal Hopley, a high -risk criminal, has been released after serving a part of his conviction and is due to stay in the city. 🚨 He has repeatedly violated laws, even during the conditional release.

👮️ According to police, Hopley is still a serious threat to public security and has to live under strict conditions; Including places where children under the age of 5 are present and banned any contact with victims or their families.

⚠️ In the year 6, he launched an extensive search in Vancouver by cutting electronic stagnation and disappearance, which lasted for 7 days. He was eventually arrested again when he was standing in front of the police closed building.
