Increasing workers' salaries in Canada
According to a recent report, Canadian organizations are planning to increase workers' wages in 2024. The report indicates that Canadian workers may see a 3.6% increase in their salaries next year.
Darcy Clark, Senior Director at Normandin Beaudry, stated that while there is still an economic downturn, organizations are planning for wage increases of more than 3% for the third consecutive year.
