Victoria Police officer sprayed with vomit on Christmas Eve
Victoria, British Columbia's police chief says his officers had a busy Christmas Eve, but the holiday season didn't go as well for one city bus officer. Del Manac, one of the officers was trying to remove a passenger from the bus, when the passenger threw his vomit on the officer.
Another officer had to use a stun gun to get a man out of a store, Manak wrote on X (formerly Twitter), adding that officers also had to arrest a woman in downtown Victoria who was trying to slash the tires of 20 cars.
Christmas Eve wasn't too bad, Manak said, when one of our officers found a Tim Hortons gift card in his car after responding to a call downtown.
