Porsche recalls 300+ Canadian cars at risk of losing wheels

Canada has announced a recall for more than 322 2024 Porsche vehicles. The recall is due to a potential problem with the center wheel locks that could cause the wheel to detach from the vehicle.

The owners of Porsche cars that are subject to this recall have been advised to completely avoid driving the car and go to an authorized dealer for repairs.

Reason for calling:

This recall has been issued due to a possible problem with the central wheel locks that are optionally installed on some vehicles. According to the recall notice, these locks can be broken, resulting in the following:

Loss of vehicle control
accident
Detach the wheel and become a hazard to other vehicles

Necessary actions:
