Man accused of setting Ugandan Olympic athlete on fire dies
A man accused of setting a Ugandan Olympic athlete on fire has died of burns from the attack.
Dixon Ndime was accused of setting fire to Olympic athlete Rebecca Chepetgi, who died of severe burns last week.
Nadima was hospitalized due to the burns caused by this attack and eventually died.
The reason for this attack was a dispute over a piece of land that Chattegi had bought in Kenya.
Chaptegi had participated in the Paris Olympics and died after the attack.
Chaptegi's parents demanded justice for their daughter and expressed their concern about the lack of protection of the accused in the hospital.
Chepetgi's funeral will be held in Uganda.
