Last night, pop star Katy Perry was spotted with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at Le Violin — one of the 11 best restaurants in Canada this year, as recommended by the Michelin Guide.

The meeting took place in Montreal’s exclusive and artistic Plateau neighborhood, where the two celebrities enjoyed an intimate setting over a sumptuous seafood meal, including lobster and signature cocktails.

TMZ sources say Katy was all smiles and had a warm and intimate moment with Trudeau. While details of the encounter have yet to be revealed, Perry is said to be in Canada for a tour and will be performing in Ottawa and Montreal.

Neither Trudeau nor the restaurant have yet officially responded to the speculation.
