Hogging a pig on the highway in Kitchener, Ontario
On the afternoon of Tuesday, November 28th, a peculiar incident unfolded on Highway 8 in Kitchener, Ontario. Witnesses reported encountering a pig lying on the ground, visibly distressed and making noises, near the Fairway Road exit around 3 PM. Concerned individuals promptly contacted the Ontario Provincial Police and the Ministry of Transportation.
The unsettling aspect of the situation was that the truck from which the pig had fallen was located half a mile away from the incident site. Efforts were made to redirect the truck back to the original location of the incident. However, unexpectedly, another truck, possibly intended for transporting pigs, coincidentally arrived and efficiently loaded the pig onto its cargo. Fortunately, this occurrence did not significantly impact traffic, and normalcy resumed on the highwaynews source
