Halifax police are investigating the discovery of human remains in the Armadale area
Police in Halifax say they are investigating after human remains were found in the Armadale area on Tuesday.
Halifax Regional Police say they received a report of human remains in a wooded area near the 2200 block of Purcells Cove Road around 3 p.m.
Officers found the bodies and the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service confirmed they were human.
Police say the remains of these people have not been identified.
They do not provide any additional information at this time.
