Freezing rain warning issued for Guelph and Wellington County
Those in Wellington County should expect to see ice accumulation throughout Tuesday.
Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Guelph, Erin, Mount Forest, Arthur and all of Wellington County.
The agency says a brief period of freezing rain is expected from late morning into the afternoon, but will end by the evening.
Ice accumulation can be between two and four millimeters. This can lead to power outages as well as slippery highways, roads, crossings and parking lots.
A similar warning has been issued for the Gray-Bruce area.
