Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city into the heart of nature
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a while and breathe in the colorful autumn trees, Uxbridge Urban Provincial Park is the best choice. Where the rustling of leaves underfoot, the cool autumn breeze and the relaxing views will give you a fresh air.
This park is only about an hour from Toronto and consists of several different sections, each with its own beauty and atmosphere. There are three main trails designed for hiking, biking and skiing so you can enjoy nature in every season. Of course, keep in mind that camping, motorized vehicles and lighting fires are not allowed in the park.
The park is located along Old Stouffville Road and welcomes visitors from 8 am to 10 pm daily.
