According to Canada Post, the "technical issue" that plagued package delivery has now been resolved


"We can now confirm that the issue has been resolved and all postal services are available," Canada Post said  Monday evening. We thank our customers for their patience as we worked quickly to address this issue."

The update came nearly two hours after Canada Post said on social media that it had "identified the issue" and was "immediately working to restore full post office service to customers."

We apologize to our customers for this problem and thank them for their patience and understanding.
