A woman from Toronto was arrested for allegedly threatening people with scissors
A woman armed with scissors was arrested by officers Tuesday, Toronto police said.
Officers were called to the area of St. Clair West and Caledonia Road around 4:30 p.m. on a call of a threatening assault.
A police spokesperson told City News that officers received reports that a woman armed with scissors was threatening others.
As soon as the officers arrived, the woman refused to cooperate, and for this reason, one of the officers used a stun gun to force the woman to surrender.
According to a police spokesperson, no one or any officers were injured.
