$10,000 reward for finding a specific missing cat

The owner of a special cat that went missing in Toronto's Casa Loma neighborhood a week ago is offering a $10,000 reward to find it. Micah, a nine-month-old male Savannah cat, was last seen on March 5 around 11:30 a.m. near Spadina and Davenport roads. This beloved cat is owned by Amelia Maltepe, a local real estate investor. According to him, he took Mika about three months ago.

According to Maltepe, Mika escaped after a worker working on her home left the door slightly open. After Mika disappeared, Maltepe tried to put up posters in the Midtown neighborhood and spread the word about her missing cat on social media. However, Mika is hard to spot because her spotted brown skin is indistinguishable from the trees and foliage of the area.

Maltepe asked those who might find Micah not to chase him, as he was very shy and would probably run away. Instead, he asked people to call 647-640-9527 if they see the cat and follow the cat from a distance.

The Savannah cat is an amazing new hybrid breed of domestic cat that is the result of mating the serval cat, a type of wild cat from Africa, with the domestic cat. This breed of cats is playful, active and social.
