Strange for Canada: Amazon driver steals people's orders to sell on Facebook
Several Metro Vancouver residents have not received their online purchases in recent months due to claims of theft by an Amazon delivery driver who, it has now been revealed, did not deliver and listed them for sale on Facebook. Amazon officials in Vancouver contacted the police and informed them that the 28-year-old driver was not delivering the packages. Police arrested the man and he now faces 32 counts of theft under $5,000. In a situation where companies in Canada carefully check the background checks of job applicants, such events seem very strange. This incident happened mainly in the Burnaby area.
