Shooting near the home of Drake, a famous rapper in Toronto's Bridal

A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries following a shooting near rapper Drake's home on the Bridal Path. Emergency crews were called to Lane Circle Park near Bayview Avenue and East Lawrence Avenue around 2 a.m. Tuesday.

According to the police, a suspect fled the scene in his car. No description of the suspect or his car has been released so far. Regional police officers have taped off the street, but it is unclear if the shooting happened at the rapper's home.
