Operator of 7-Eleven in Japan receives takeover offer from Alimentation Couche-Tard
The owner of the chain of convenience stores 7-Eleven in Japan has announced that it has received a purchase offer from the Canadian company Coach-Tard Alimentation.
The details of this offer have not been published by the Canadian company. Haft and I Holdings announced in a statement that it has received an offer to buy all the company's shares from Koch-Tard. This offer is confidential, non-binding and preliminary.
