One person dead after fire breaks out in Toronto's west end
One person died after a fire broke out in the west side of Toronto.
The fire broke out just after 4 a.m. at 115 McCormack Street, which is north of West St. Clair Street and west of Weston Road.
They said parts of the tractor trailer caught fire and the fire spread to adjacent tractor trailers.
Paramedics took one patient to hospital, Toronto Fire Services said.
Toronto Fire Chief Matthew Pegg confirmed that one person had died
He continued: During the fire extinguishing and search and rescue operations, one person was placed inside a storage trailer in the vicinity of the fire.
That person was rescued and taken into care.
