Ford recalls more than 52,500 vehicles in Canada over brake fluid leak
Ford is recalling more than 52,000 vehicles in Canada and nearly 500,000 in the United States due to a brake fluid leak. The defect, which involves a ruptured brake hose, could increase the vehicle's stopping distance. Ford says it has not received any reports of accidents or injuries and will announce a fix soon.
The recall affects the 2015-2018 Ford Edge and 2016-2018 Lincoln MKX models, and repairs will be made at dealerships free of charge.
