Before the weather cools down on Thanksgiving Day, we'll see record-breaking heat in Toronto
In the first workweek of October in Toronto, the weather is more reminiscent of summer than autumn, and we can expect mostly sunny days before the arrival of cold weather on Thanksgiving Day. Record-breaking temperatures are expected for at least a few days, as the daytime high will be around 30 degrees Celsius.
According to weather experts, there is a possibility of setting temperature records on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Monday, it is expected to be partly sunny with a high of about 26 degrees Celsius, which will feel like 30 degrees Celsius due to humidity. During the night, the temperature is expected to drop to around 17 degrees Celsius.
On Wednesday, a sunny day with a high near 30 degrees Celsius is expected, which will feel like 33 degrees Celsius due to humidity. The previous record for October 3rd was 27.1 degrees Celsius, recorded in 2001. On Thursday, we will witness the highest temperature close to 27 degrees Celsius, which is very close to the record of 27.2 degrees Celsius on October 4th, 1951.
However, the weather will cool down on Friday, with partly cloudy skies and a maximum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius. Saturday will see a high temperature near 19 degrees Celsius, and then as we approach Thanksgiving Day, the weather will become even cooler.
