A man was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle near the Woodbine Casino
A man was rushed to the hospital following a one-vehicle crash near Woodbine Casino Sunday night.
The crash happened near Highway 27 and Nearctic Drive, south of Rexdale Boulevard.
Toronto police said they were dispatched to the area at 9:15 p.m.
Firefighters and paramedics also arrived at the scene.
According to the police, the injured was rushed to the hospital.
Toronto paramedics said they transported an adult man to a trauma center with serious and possibly life-threatening injuries.
